How do I place an order?

Browse our online discount store, then simply click on the items you wish to buy and select the quantity required. Remember we offer free postage to urban addresses for all orders over $100.

How will my delivery be made?

We use Aramex Couriers and Courier Post and all deliveries are tracked.

How long will it take for me to receive my goods?

As soon as we have received payment, we will despatch your goods. Many parcels are received next day, most within 1-3 business days, south island and rural can be slightly longer

All of the items have a brief description on the website. If you require further information please contact us with your request.

Our website is 100% SSL secure.

How do I pay for my items?

You can pay by debit and credit card using PayPal and Stripe guest checkout, no need to log in, it is 100% secure and your payment is protected. We also accept payment by bank transfer and you can pay cash should you wish to collect your purchases. We also have LAYBUY and Afterpay as payment options for our customers who wish to pay in installments.

How can I get a refund?

In the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return to us in a resaleable condition and we will process a refund.
